Please follow the steps below to access your planners:

Check your email inbox

Go to the inbox of the email address you used at the checkout. Please check spam or 'promotions' tabs as well as the inbox. Orders usually arrive within 30 minutes of purchase.

Open the email

Find the email sent by us. It has the subject line "Receipt & Download Links for your Purchase" and is sent from "Jodie Clarke|The Empowered Ed".

Click & Download

Open your receipt email then click on the download buttons as directed to immediately download your resources.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't receive your receipt email after 30 minutes from purchase please email [email protected] and let us know as this is usually due to incorrect entry of your email address at the checkout so your receipt bounces ...and we won't know this unless you tell us so please don't wait days for your resource to arrive!! We can quickly update your address and resend so you can get started with your play planners as soon as possible.
