Please follow the steps below to access your Purchased Resources:
LOOK FOR YOUR YOUR RECEIPT
You will now receive an email to the address you entered at the checkout:
This email contains your official purchase receipt for accounting purposes.
Make sure to save this somewhere safe so you can claim as a work related expense.
LOOK FOR THE DOWNLOAD LINKS
In that same email you will see a 'Downloads' heading and all of your purchased resources listed.
Simply click on each of the highlighted links and choose where you want to save them in your own computer or device files/folders.
OPEN YOUR NEW RESOURCES FROM YOUR FILES
Now it's time to start using your resources!
You will be able to copy and reuse as many times as you like once saved to your own files.
If you don't see an email in your inbox after 30 minutes please complete the following troubleshooting tips:
If you have a gmail or hotmail account please check the promotions tab or spam folder.
Use the search bar in your email inbox and enter 'the empowered ed'
If you still don't see your receipt in your inbox please email us using the support address below
