Weekly Kid’s Co-Op….Homemade Christmas Gifts

by The Empowered Educator 11 Comments

It's the Weekly Kid's Co-Op time again and i was inspired by the number of homemade gifts and toys in last week's collection!

We are trying to make most our gifts for Christmas this year…the toddler twosome have been doing lots of paintings for us to use as wrapping paper and i am working on making them a dollhouse and double sided feltboard at the moment….two things i am hoping they will both be able to use together without too many squabbles! There are also a few little things for Santa's stockings!

I'm still working on ideas for relatives and close friends though so i loved looking through last week's link up for some ideas the kids (including Miss Teen) could have a go at making with a little help.

This week i am featuring 6 of my favourites…because i couldn't narrow it down any further!! I hope you take a moment to drop by your favourite for a visit!

Homemade Gifts for Kids Christmas
Going clockwise around the photo collage the features are…..

DIY Glitter Candles – Lessons Learnt Journal

Button Stamps – Keeping My Toddler Entertained
Swirled Glass Vases – My Little Bookcase

Making Sun Catchers – Happy Little Kiwi
Toddler Memory Board – Keeping My Toddler Entertained

Glitter Name Crayons – Being Inspired

What fun did you get up to this week?…I'd love you to share with us today on….

Activities don't need to be fancy or from a large blog….we love to see anything fun you have been making or doing with your child…and hopefully as we visit each other we will make some new friends and find some new ideas to try! Don't forget to leave a comment on a post you love!

If you need even more inspiration why not have a look at the ideas pinned on the Kid's Co-Op Pinterest Board! Each week the Co-Hosts will be pinning their favourites to the board which has a large following and thus great exposure for your activity! Activities are also regularly featured on the Kid's Co-Op Facebook Page

I'd love to see what you have been having fun with….so what are you waiting for?
