I have been an educator for 9 years and in family day care for 4 years.

I am currently studying a diploma in childcare.
What is your philosophy regarding working with and caring for young children?
Children are natural and confident learners and very conscious of what’s happening around them. They learn mostly by doing things and by closely observing the people around them.
Challenges & Benefits For Family Day Care Educators & Children
What do you feel are the biggest benefits to children attending a family day care service like yours that the community and families might not be aware of?
Family day care is a natural choice for the families. The children can experience real life during the day, rather than commercial things.
What made you decide to work in early childhood education?
My love and passion for the little miracles.
What advice would you give yourself if you could go back to your first year as an ECE?
